Finding the Happy – Day 14

I apologize for the lateness of today’s happy post.  Daylight Savings screwed me up a little and last night was apparently a “I’m not tired” combined with a “Baby is going to rumble around all night wide awake” night.  So, when I did finally get to sleep, I slept in ridiculously late and spent a few hours waking up, drinking tea and showering before we scurried off to Stephen’s parent’s house for dinner.

Where my happy awaited me.

They bought us a travel system.  And not just any travel system, no.  They bought us one of the new Graco Alano Flipit travel systems.  I’ve been reading about these things and they are awesome and I’m so happy and tickled that they bought this for us.

Plus, it matches the nursery colors.  Score!

Plus the stress about “um we don’t have a car seat to take her home from the hospital” is gone. Any stress I can cross off the list is a triumph right now.
